Would you like Queso with that?

As the WWW2006 dust settles, it’s time for to focus on RDFa implementations. The spec for RDFa isn’t quite finished, but it’s rather stable, and it’s time to let implementations guide the way to future improvements.

That’s why we’re very excited to see a bunch of really smart folks at IBM jumping into the fray with Queso, a web2.0/semweb server that, among other things, parses RDFa. Cheers to Elias Torres, Wing Yung, and Ben Szekely for some great implementation feedback, which you can read, as always, on our open mailing list.

If you’re itching to implement RDFa, feel free to contact the mailing list for ideas or guidance on the spec. Or feel free to tell us nothing at all and build it on your own. That’s the power of RDFa. (That said, if you tell us, we’ll feature you on this blog and send you metaphorical chocolates.)

[You can always always start with the bookmarklets or rdflib.]
