Introduction

This page summarizes the current work that the RDFa Task Force is discussing as guiding design principles for the next step in RDFa development.Law Degree


IMPORTANT: these are ongoing discussions, they are not items that are strictly within the RDFa Task Force's charter at this time, given that RDFa for XHTML1.1 has gone REC.

Work Plan

  • Defining an alternate mechanism to xmlns: for declaring CURIE prefixes.
  • Defining a mechanism for extending the list of reserved words (such as next, prev, index, and up).
    • Enables people to use more Microformats-like markup in RDFa with all of the benefits of a single data model and parsing algorithm.Nursing degrees

  • Defining a mechanism for extending the list of known prefixes.
    • Enables people to effectively use something akin to a Cascading Style Sheet to express semantics.
